Description
Our vegan seacake is evocative of the seaside without any fish. A medley of vegetables with seaweed, samphire, capers and a generous squeeze of lemon and sprinkling of seasoning, all wrapped in a delicious gluten-free and dairy-free crumb.

Delicious served on a spinach and watercress salad with a walnut dressing.

Keep refrigerated – below 4°C. Suitable for home freezing.
Ingredients
Cooked potato, cooked spinach, gluten-free breadcrumbs (millet flour, sorghum flour, buckwheat maize flour, potato flour, fresh yeast, psyllium, flaxseed, salt), water, peas, organic seaweed 6% (dulce, sea spaghetti, kelp), sunflower oil, samphire 5%, cooked onion, capers 2%, rice flour, lemon juice, spring onions, salt, lemon zest, pepper, parsley.
ALLERGENS: see ingredients in bold. May also contain traces of nuts and sesame seeds.
Though every care is taken, fish may contain traces of shell or bone.
Cooking Instructions
Remove all packaging and place on a baking tray.
Fresh: Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan) / Gas mark 4 for 15-20 minutes until crispy. Can be fried.
Frozen: DO NOT DEFROST. Cook in a preheated oven at 170°C (fan) / Gas mark 3 for 25-30 minutes until piping hot.
