The Bollywood is filled with only the finest haddock, cod, hake and coley with a sprinkling of aromatic spice. A touch of the Indian subcontinent livening up the classic British fishcake – not hot, but subtle and addictive.

These aromatic spiced fishcakes are fragrant and light with a hint of chilli in a golden breadcrumb coating. Lovingly handmade with the highest quality chunky fish fillets including the trimmings, our fishcakes are a low-impact and waste-saving product. We are passionate about the environment and sustainability and we work locally with fishermen and local producers.

Delicious served with an organic yoghurt dip, a good squeeze of fresh lime and a crispy salad, or try with a mango, carrot, chilli and coriander salad.

Available in packs of 4 (serves 2) or packs of 15.

Keep refrigerated – below 4°C. Suitable for home freezing.

Ingredients

Cooked white fish (30%), cooked potatoes, peas (8%), sunflower oil, egg, carrots (7%), breadcrumbs (wheat flour [calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thaimine], water, salt, yeast, rapeseed oil), onion, fresh coriander; lime juice, wheat flour (wheat flour [calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine], garlic, salt, lime zest, spices, coriander, turmeric, cumin, pepper, lime leaves.

ALLERGENS: see ingredients in bold. May also contain traces of nuts and sesame seeds.

Though every care is taken, fish may contain traces of shell or bone.

Cooking Instructions

Remove all packaging and place on a baking tray.

Fresh: Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan) / Gas mark 4 for 15-20 minutes until crispy. Can be fried.

Frozen: DO NOT DEFROST. Cook in a preheated oven at 170°C (fan) / Gas mark 3 for 25-30 minutes until piping hot.
