Stacked with naturally-smoked haddock, with a hint of lemon, parsley and dill, our award-winning smoked fish cakes are named after one of our characterful fishermen, “Portland Bill”. An old favourite just like Bill!

Smokey Bill Fishcakes are lovingly handmade with the highest quality chunky fish fillets including all the trimmings, our fishcakes are a low-impact and waste-saving product. We are passionate about the environment and sustainability and we work locally with fishermen and local producers.

Try them served on a bed of wilted spinach with a soft poached or fried egg on top.

Available in packs of 4 (serves 2) or packs of 15.

Keep refrigerated – below 4°C. Suitable for home freezing.


Smoked cooked fish (35%), cooked potatoes, egg, sunflower oil, breadcrumbs (wholemeal wheat flour, wheat flour [calcium carbonate, iron niacin thiamin], water, salt, yeast, palm stearin, rapeseed oil), onion, spring onion, lemon juice, parsley, wheat flour [calcium carbonate, iron niacin thiamin], dill, lemon zest, sunflower oil, seasoning.

ALLERGENS: see ingredients in bold. May also contain traces of nuts and sesame seeds.

Though every care is taken, fish may contain traces of shell or bone.

Cooking Instructions

Remove all packaging and place on a baking tray.

Fresh: Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan) / Gas mark 4 for 15-20 minutes until crispy. Can be fried.

Frozen: DO NOT DEFROST. Cook in a preheated oven at 170°C (fan) / Gas mark 3 for 25-30 minutes until piping hot.
