Award-winning fishcakes handmade from the finest fresh mackerel and sweet potatoes, with roasted peppers and hot smokey harissa chilli paste – a sweet and fiery taste temptation!

Lovingly handmade with the highest quality chunky fish fillets including all the trimmings, our fishcakes are a low-impact and waste-saving product. We are passionate about the environment and sustainability and we work locally with fishermen and local producers.

Try Mac ‘n’ Hari served with a refreshing cucumber, mint and yoghurt dip and a crunchy oriental salad.

Available in packs of 4 (serves 2) or packs of 15.

Keep refrigerated – below 4°C. Suitable for home freezing.


Smoked mackerel (fish) (30%), roasted sweet potatoes (20%), mixed peppers (10%), cooked potatoes, egg, sunflower oil, breadcrumbs (wholemeal wheat flour, wheat flour [calcium carbonate, iron niacin thiamin], water, salt, yeast, palm stearin, rapeseed oil), onion, parsley, harissa paste (2.5%) (water, red chilli, garlic salt), lemon juice, wheat flour [calcium carbonate, iron niacin thiamin], garlic, sunflower oil, lemon zest, seasoning, coriander, chilli flakes.

ALLERGENS: see ingredients in bold. May also contain traces of nuts and sesame seeds.

Though every care is taken, fish may contain traces of shell or bone.

Cooking Instructions

Remove all packaging and place on a baking tray.

Fresh: Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan) / Gas mark 4 for 15-20 minutes until crispy. Can be fried.

Frozen: DO NOT DEFROST. Cook in a preheated oven at 170°C (fan) / Gas mark 3 for 25-30 minutes until piping hot.
