Award-winning traditional fishcakes handmade with chunky white fish, spring onions, fresh herbs and just the right amount of seasoning – finished in a crispy gluten-free crumb. Wightcakes are named after the beautiful Isle of Wight, which is where we first crafted them from a catch of white fish sustainably fished by the Yarmouth Fishermen’s Association.
Packed with only the finest haddock, cod, hake and coley, these gourmet fishcakes are made from both the fillet and the trimmings, making them a low-impact, waste-saving product. We are passionate about the environment and sustainability and we work locally with fishermen and local producers.
Wightcakes make the perfect quick dinner, serve with a side of fresh garden peas and thick-cut wedges.
