Our Fishcake special is based on seasonal availability – combining local, seasonal produce with the seasonal catch. Right now our Seasonal Special is Salmon and New Forest Asparagus, freshly picked from the New Forest Fruit Company.

Our gourmet fishcakes are made from both the fish fillet and the trimmings, making them a low-impact, waste-saving product. We are passionate about the environment and sustainability and we work locally with fishermen and local producers.
