At The Fabulous Catch Company, our goal is to offer you quality fast shipping across mainland UK, to ensure our fresh food reaches you in perfect condition.
Our artisan products are freshly made by hand on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (excluding bank holidays) at our Headquarters in the New Forest, Hampshire. Products are therefore ready to be delivered on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (excluding bank holidays). We accept orders on our website 7 days a week.
Typically, orders placed on a Monday or Tuesday will be delivered on the Wednesday, Thursday or Friday of the same week. Orders placed from Wednesday-Sunday will be delivered the following Wednesday-Friday. From time to time, the availability of ingredients, or other exceptional circumstances which are normally out of our control, will affect delivery lead times. This is rare but if this happens we’ll be in touch to keep you informed.
Deliveries to local postcodes (SO40, SO41, SO42, SO43, SO45 and BH25) are carried out by our Catch Van. Items will be kept cold in the van. If you’re not at home our delivery driver will leave your delivery in an insulated bag.
For other postcodes, we use Parcelforce Overnight Next Day Delivery. Your order will be in 48-hour temperature-controlled packaging.

Free shipping on orders over £60.00
£3.75 on orders up to £59.99 for all customer deliveries to the following postcodes local to our New Forest HQ: SO40, SO41, SO42, SO43, SO45 and BH25. This will be applied automatically when you check out online.
£7.50 on orders up to £59.99 for customer deliveries to all other UK mainland postcodes.
