Hearing your serving suggestions and recommending salad and veggie recipes that make great accompaniments to our products.
It’s thanks to conversations with our customers that we have developed our new Vegan and Free From products.
Our Vegan Seacakes are a fishcake-style product, evocative of the seaside without any fish.
Lovingly handmade at our HQ in the New Forest, our Vegan Seacakes are made from a medley of vegetables with delicious (and healthy) seaweed, samphire and capers. We add a generous squeeze of lemon and sprinkling of seasoning and wrap it all in a gluten-free and dairy-free crumb.
Meanwhile, our Gluten-Free Wightcakes are finished in a crispy, gluten-free crumb.
Packed with the finest haddock, cod, hake and coley, these gourmet fishcakes are made from fish trims, making them a low-impact, waste-saving product. We are passionate about the environment and sustainability and we work locally with fishermen and local producers.
Wightcakes are named after the beautiful Isle of Wight, which is where we first crafted them from a catch of white fish sustainably fished by the Yarmouth Fishermen’s Association.
