At the Fabulous Catch Company, we believe in sustainable fishing; leaving enough fish in the ocean and protecting habitats and threatened species.
LOCAL PRODUCE
Whenever possible, we source ingredients local to our kitchen in the New Forest, working with the region's fishing crews and local growers and food producers.
Seasonal specials
Seasonal produce is always special. Throughout the year, we create limited seasonal specials from asparagus, samphire, crab and even game.
